Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, Pflugerville-based, is seeking a Fire Alarm Construction Manager to lead on-site installation projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate field crews, manage subcontractors, review plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to codes, safety standards, and customer specifications.

This role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills, plus experience with fire alarm systems and NFPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Ability to plan costs and manage change orders to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Oversee fire alarm installations, read drawings, ensure code compliance and safety
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and local building regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Experience managing construction or fire alarm projects; PM software a plus
• Associate or Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Valid drivers license and willingness to work on-site around Pflugerville, TX
