Job summary

Impact Fire Services in Englewood, CO is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Fire Alarm Systems installations on new and existing projects. The role involves overseeing installation labor, managing project budgets, and coordinating with designers and other trades to ensure timely submissions and approvals.

You will report to the Construction Manager and GM with regular updates, and supervise the Fire Alarm superintendent while maintaining warehouse/tool inventory and coordinating contract

Qualifications

• General electrical knowledge.
• Experience in Fire Protection/Fire Alarm Installation or Design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation labor on assigned projects.
• Oversee all fire alarm projects; manage job cost and project scheduling.
• Coordinate and process contract job change orders; coordinate installation between trades.
