Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of testing and troubleshooting experience in consumer CPE (Routers, Set-Top Boxes).
• Accredited certifications in Electronics Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and full lifecycle support of FiOS products.
• Develop and enhance lab test architecture.
• Design test measurement techniques.
• Review product test documentation.
• Establish lab test setups.
• Provide test support for troubleshooting.
• Support Quality Management team on lab studies.

Skills

Troubleshooting using OSI model

Home Networking and Fiber Optics experience

Using test equipment (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope)

Strong debugging skills

Understanding of verification test plans

Basic understanding of hardware concepts

GPON & MoCA experience

Electronics experience

Video experience (Digital Video Systems)

Education

Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Technology
