Qualifications

• Experience with testing and troubleshooting consumer CPE (Routers, Set-Top Boxes).
• Accredited certifications in Electronics Technology.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of various FiOS products (STB, ONT, BHR).
• Review and contribute to product test and design documentation.
• Provide test support to replicate customer experienced failures.

Skills

Troubleshoot using OSI model

Home Networking and Fiber Optics experience

Use of test equipment (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes)

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Basic understanding of hardware concepts

GPON & MoCA Experience
