You will work under senior engineers to execute tests, document results, and assist with calibration and maintenance of test equipment. The role involves collaboration with Quality, Product Development, and Operations to deliver accurate test results, support requalification, and contribute to continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 0–2 years of relevant engineering, manufacturing, testing, or laboratory experience.
• Exposure to fiber optics, cable manufacturing, product testing, or ISO 9001 quality systems preferred.
• No professional certification required; quality or continuous-improvement training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform optical, mechanical, and environmental tests for product qualification and process improvement.
• Prepare samples, configure test fixtures, and verify test setup.
• Collect, organize, and analyze test data; draft reports for engineering review.
• Review test specs and identify requirements; escalate ambiguities to senior personnel.
• Support calibration and testing programs by maintaining records and checks.
• Coordinate daily test activities and maintain sample status under leadership direction.
• Assist with requalification testing and documentation.
