Job summary

VRC is a full-service, independent valuation firm that delivers valuation and advisory services to Fortune 500 companies and private equity clients. This role blends valuation experience with technology to compare models, investigate data and inputs, and help enhance processes and tools used for technology-enabled valuation solutions to clients.

You will partner with portfolio valuation teams, document findings, and retest changes to ensure resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software application development and support experience.
• 0–2 years in financial analysis; M&A experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Compare valuation results across models for client portfolios.
• Investigate input, assumptions, data, and methodology differences.
• Document issues clearly for developers and review with senior team.
• Support onboarding validation and improve processes and tools.
