Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in technology transactions and regulatory matters.
• Experience drafting complex technology, licensing, SaaS and cloud services agreements.
• Fintech, digital assets, payments or related areas are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate sophisticated technology and commercial agreements, including licensing and SaaS/cloud deals.
• Structure and launch innovative fintech products and digital asset platforms for clients.
• Collaborate with regulatory and corporate teams to advise on regulatory-compliant transactions and partnerships.
