Confidential Employer, a leading international law firm, seeks an attorney to advise on financial services regulations affecting derivatives, digital assets, and emerging fintech products. The role covers SEC and CFTC requirements, the Commodity Exchange Act, and related frameworks.

You will collaborate with experienced attorneys, draft memoranda and client guidance, and support licensing projects and transactions.

Qualifications

2+ years of financial services regulatory legal experience.
Knowledge of SEC or CFTC regulations, derivatives, or related financial regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or emerging financial technologies.
Active state bar admission or eligibility for admission through waiver in the jurisdiction of practice.

Responsabilités

Advise clients on financial services regulations affecting derivatives, digital assets, and emerging fintech products.
Analyze SEC and CFTC requirements, the Commodity Exchange Act, and related financial regulatory frameworks.
Research and interpret laws affecting cryptocurrency markets, blockchain businesses, and digital asset platforms.
Assist with regulatory compliance assessments, licensing projects, and financial services transactions.
Draft legal memoranda, regulatory analyses, client guidance, and transaction-related documentation.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop practical solutions for innovative financial services businesses.
