TalentCloud Group is partnering with a top-tier law firm to identify an experienced Financial Services Regulatory Associate or Special Counsel with deep expertise at the intersection of technology, fintech, payments, and digital assets. This role focuses on sophisticated technology and commercial transactions in a fast-moving regulatory landscape.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years advising on fintech platforms, payments systems, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital-asset infrastructure, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience advising on technology and commercial transactions.
Experience with fintech platforms, payments systems, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital-asset infrastructure.
Strong drafting and negotiating of complex technology and commercial agreements.
Excellent writing, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm in technology transactions, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.

Responsabilités

Draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial agreements.
Advise on technology licensing, SaaS and cloud services agreements.
Structure partnerships and platform-level commercial arrangements.
Advise on bank-fintech partnerships, payments, and digital assets regulation.
Collaborate with regulatory and corporate teams to launch scalable financial products.
Navigate regulatory frameworks to balance compliance and innovation.
