Morrison Foerster invites applications for a junior to mid-level associate in our Financial Services practice in New York or Washington, DC. You will work on cutting-edge transactions for banks, fintechs, payment processors, and digital asset issuers, with opportunity to manage components of deals independently.

Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills are essential, and you must be admitted to the state bar in your practicing jurisdiction or eligible for waiver.

Competenze

• Junior to mid-level associate seeking NY or DC offices.
