ServiceTitan is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Fintech to lead end-to-end program execution across Payments, Payables, and Financing. • 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or tech environments.
• Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing.
• Proven success delivering complex cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering and product leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and connect execution to outcomes.
• Hands-on approach focused on clarity, accountability, and results.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success criteria, milestones, and KPIs.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with data-driven decisions.
• Provide visibility through reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success for launches and adoption.
• Continuously improve execution processes across planning, delivery, and measurement.
