Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Fintech to drive end-to-end program execution across Payments, Payables, and Financing.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions that improve contractor revenue and customer experience, while strengthening platform reliability. The role requires a strong execution mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to translate cross-functional efforts into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or tech.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Familiarity with Fintech domains (Payments, Payables, Financing).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and program dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs, on time and within scope.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define milestones and KPIs.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with data-driven decisions.
• Provide visibility through reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success for launches and adoption.
• Improve processes to streamline planning, delivery, and measurement.
• Align teams to focus on outcomes that drive business value.
