Job summary
Chapter 2 is seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to join one of our embedded teams in New York City, supporting a fintech/payments client. You’ll identify, engage, and nurture candidates across technical, commercial, and operational roles, building pipelines and delivering high-quality shortlists.
In this hybrid NYC role, you’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, craft compelling outreach, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing
- Strong written communication skills
- Organised, proactive and client-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical, commercial, and operational functions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping
- Craft compelling outreach that reflects the company's brand
- Screen and assess candidates at the initial stage, delivering a high-quality shortlist
- Track sourcing metrics and provide insight on market trends and talent availability
- Collaborate closely with the wider TA team to refine approaches and share best practice
