Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions, driving platform adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects.

You will design scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, guiding cross-functional teams and influencing product direction as you help position Databricks as the foundation of customers’ data and AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or senior hands-on technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding, debugging, and solution-building skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders and influence product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks differentiation through custom-built solutions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex needs.
