Job summary

Databricks, a leader in data and AI, seeks a Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy for Fintech customers. You will own engagements from discovery through deployment, leading architecture discussions and coordinating data engineering, ML/AI, and analytics to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions on cloud platforms.

You will work with customer architects and Directors, evangelize Databricks capabilities, and influence product direction with feedback on requirements and competitive

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, pre-sales, or senior technical role.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding, debugging and solution-building.
• Deep distributed data systems architecture: pipelines, streaming, lakehouse, cloud-native platforms.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience deploying in production on public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Healthcare data standards familiarity (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks differentiation with custom solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Influence product direction by feedback on customer requirements and gaps.
