Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy for customer accounts, guiding architecture discussions, enabling platform adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects.

You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to position Databricks as the foundation of customers’ data and AI strategy, with a focus on Fintech use cases and an emerging technical archetype within the team.

Formación

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL — demonstrate live coding, debugging, and solution-building skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: scalable pipelines, streaming, lakehouse patterns, cloud-native platforms.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders and production deployments on public cloud.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks’ differentiation through custom-built solutions.
• Develop an emerging technical specialization (archetype) and be a go-to resource for the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex needs.
• Influence product direction by providing feedback on requirements and gaps.
