Databricks Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions, driving platform adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads.

You will design scalable, production-grade solutions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, work with cross-functional teams, and influence product direction through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or a senior technical role.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding and debugging skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture and lakehouse patterns.
• Experience with production deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Desirable domain expertise in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead architecture discussions to design scalable, production-grade data and ML solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer architects and technical directors.
• Drive technical wins by presenting differentiated, custom-built Databricks solutions.
• Develop an emerging specialization (archetype) to become a team resource.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver complex customer solutions.
• Influence product direction through structured feedback on requirements and gaps.
