You will drive end-to-end technical engagements, partner with sales, product, and engineering, and mentor clients through onboarding. A fintech background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
• 2+ years in fintech or payments.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete technical sales process, from discovery to proposal and close, mapping client needs to Justt solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
