Job summary

State Street is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to Transaction Services platforms within an agile scrum team in Princeton, NJ. The role involves developing, testing and maintaining multi-tier solutions using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and cloud frameworks.

You will write tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across teams in a Scrum environment, including daily standups and sprint planning. Onsite 4 days and one remote day.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial software development experience.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Java development, multithreading, and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug software enhancements in business domains.
• Build applications using Java, SQL, Spring Boot and ReactJS or equivalents.
• Write unit and automation tests to ensure quality.
• Participate in code reviews and Scrum ceremonies.
• Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs.
