Neto Capital, a Sunny Isles Beach-based business financing company, seeks a Sales Representative to run the complete sales cycle: calling leads, assessing financing needs, presenting solutions, collecting documents, and closing deals. You will collaborate with Underwriting and Operations to move deals through and manage your pipeline in our CRM.

Your performance is measured by activity and closed deals. The role offers base pay plus commission with growth potential, requiring 1+ year in sales,

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar role with a track record of hitting goals.
• Strong phone presence, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must be located in South Florida/Miami-Dade Area.

Aufgaben

• Call leads, run sales conversations, and guide clients from first contact through closing.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with Underwriting and Operations to keep deals moving.
• Keep the CRM current: leads, statuses, follow-ups, notes, and opportunities.
• Hit call, follow-up, and deal-closing targets, and pursue renewals and referrals from existing clients.
