Job summary

LemonEdge is seeking a seasoned Product Manager in the United States (New York) to drive the vision and realisation of a major platform overhaul alongside engineering teams. You will write precise specs, analyze APIs and data models, and define a roadmap informed by customers and market opportunities.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, GTM, and Client Success to deliver scalable, high-quality features and relentlessly improve the user experience through data and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping SaaS products across multiple cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to write tight, technically grounded specs and work fluidly alongside engineering teams.
• Comfort navigating data models, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong intolerance for friction and poor UX, with a high bar for quality from underlying systems to the final user experience.
• Strong product intuition grounded in data, with comfort diving into metrics, customer feedback, and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision and execution of LemonEdge's platform overhaul, balancing re-architecture with continuous customer value delivery.
• Write detailed product specifications and requirements with sufficient technical depth to pressure-test architecture decisions and surface trade-offs.
• Analyze APIs, data models, and integrations to understand platform functionality and friction points.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute a product roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunity, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Client Success to deliver scalable, high-quality product features.
• Champion the customer perspective to reduce friction, improve usability, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Use data, metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and continuous product improvement.
