Pomelo is seeking an outstanding Product Lead to report to our VP of Product and own major product areas such as credit, money movement, market expansion, and growth.

The role requires 6+ years in product management, fintech domain experience, and a track record of delivering outcomes. You will collaborate across teams to translate user needs into strategic roadmaps and impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a product manager role or similar.
• Fintech experience: prior work in money transfers, credit, or payments.
• Impact oriented: focus on delivering outcomes.
• User obsessed: understand users and translate needs into solutions.
• Data informed: uses qualitative and quantitative data for decisions.
• Strategic and tactical: balance vision with execution.
• Product sense: sound decisions with key tradeoffs.

• Founder/early stage startup experience is a plus.
