Job summary

RealPage is seeking a FinTech Counsel to advise on legal and regulatory aspects of its payments, money transmission, and consumer lending operations. You will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure compliant product development and market readiness across RealPage Payments, ResidentDirect, ClickPay, and Livble.

You will support MSBs, BSA/AML, OFAC, and consumer protection programs, oversee regulatory examinations, and manage vendor and banking relationships to advance

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum five years of legal experience focused on financial services, payments, money transmission, or consumer financial products.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on design and launch of financial products and features across RealPage Payments, ResidentDirect, ClickPay, and Livble.
• Advise on payment network rules, card brands, ACH rules, and state/federal payment regulations.
• Support development of disclosures, terms of service, and product documentation for payment and lending products.
