Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies (Hiring for Client) is seeking an experienced QA engineer for fintech products with mobile apps and real API backends. You will own end-to-end testing of money journeys and contribute to API validation, UI automation, and CI-driven regression suites.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy in data is critical. The role emphasizes testing financial transactions, API boundaries, and QA metrics, with hands-on automation using Maestro, Appium, Detox,

Qualifications

3-6 years in QA with 2+ years testing a mobile app backed by a real API.
Fintech/payments/brokerage domain experience preferred due to high-stakes data.
Strong API testing skills and working knowledge of SQL.
Comfortable working in a terminal and with Git.
Hands-on experience with a UI automation framework (Maestro, Appium, Detox, Playwright or Selenium).
Writes bug reports clear enough for quick reproduction by engineers.

Responsibilities

End-to-end testing of money journeys: MF buy/sell/SIP, mandates, US equity trades, KYC, account linking, P&L.
API testing: auth boundaries, error handling, webhook idempotency, pagination.
Extend Maestro mobile E2E suite and build API regression suite in CI.
Device-matrix, offline and accessibility testing.
Defect triage and quality metrics.
