Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across diverse teams simultaneously.
• Strong experience facilitating meetings with both individual contributors and executive leadership.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level goals into executable plans and timelines.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple concurrent projects spanning Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and other departments.
• Act as the single source of truth for project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technical execution, and operational readiness.
• Maintain and continuously refine the company-level roadmap, ensuring visibility into near-term and long-term initiatives.
• Coordinate prioritization discussions with department leads and executives.
• Track dependencies and sequencing across teams to prevent conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional project meetings, team-lead syncs and status reviews, and executive roadmap reviews.
• Capture decisions, action items, and follow-ups, ensuring accountability and closure.
• Track progress against milestones, timelines, and commitments.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Escalate blockers appropriately with clear context and recommended options.
• Establish and reinforce consistent project management practices across teams.
• Improve visibility, reporting, and communication standards.
