Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager focused on a domain within our Product Delivery team. You will partner with product and engineering to drive delivery, maintain Jira/Confluence hygiene, and ensure transparency across initiatives.

You will facilitate domain program syncs, support quarterly planning, manage dependencies, and report status to leadership while upholding data quality and process discipline in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in product or technology organizations.
• Deep expertise with Jira and Confluence (administration, workflows, reporting).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to translate technical complexity for different audiences.
• Experience with capacity planning, roadmapping, and quarterly planning processes.
