Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Program Manager in Chicago (hybrid) to lead cross-functional teams from strategy to delivery, aligning engineering, product, compliance, and operations. You will drive multi-phase releases in a Scaled Agile environment and mentor squads in best practices.

The role emphasizes strong communication, governance, and data-driven decision-making to ensure timely, high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced financial technology setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in technical environments with multiple cross-functional development teams
• Scaled Agile familiarity; CSM or similar certification is a plus
• Experience leading fintech/trading/brokerage initiatives and managing high-impact releases

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage scrum teams from strategy through execution and delivery across engineering, product, compliance, and operations
• Run agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives for continuous improvement
• Prepare teams for quarterly PI Planning and guide product intake to create actionable work
• Develop clear goals, measurable outcomes, and adapt to a fast-paced scaled agile environment
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making across teams
• Assist technical leads with release planning and drive operational excellence
• Mentor squads on agile practices and raise overall agile maturity
• Collaborate with PMO to advance agile transformation and data-driven program health reporting
• Leverage Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite for workflow management and reporting
