Job summary

Soho Square Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Delivery Lead/Technical Lead for Wealth Management Lending Technology on a contract basis. You will bridge business and technology teams from planning through post-implementation, guiding lending integration and migration initiatives across Wealth and Lending platforms.

You will represent technology in governance forums, translate priorities into engineering direction, and manage schedules, risks, and dependencies while removing roadblocks to keep

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Delivery Lead or Technical Lead in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of lending technology and the full lending lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ, Systematics, Supernova, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading technology migrations, platform implementations, and integrations in banking/financial services.
• Development or technical background with ability to follow architecture, data flows, and dependencies.
• Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery experience; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of lending integration and migration initiatives across Wealth and Lending teams.
• Represent technology in governance forums, steering committees, and executive status updates.
• Turn business priorities, risks, and requirements into clear direction for engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and vendors.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Make decisions, remove roadblocks, and escalate early when timelines or budgets are at risk.
• Support planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
