We are a global B2B financial technology organization dedicated to democratizing access to financial independence around the world. Our mission is realized through an API-based platform, empowering our partners to offer seamless investing and trading experiences to clients worldwide, all from their mobile devices. Our technology provides partners with a modern, extensible toolkit, enabling traditional investment workflows and innovative techniques like fractional share ownership. DriveWealth has evolved into a global platform offering trading of US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, and options.

About The Role

As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving releases and deliverables across high-impact initiatives. Operating within a Scaled Agile environment, you'll manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless execution from planning to end-user adoption. This role requires team-building skills, as well as close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver holistic and scalable solutions. • Run crisp and effective agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospective activities focused on self‑improvement
  • Prepare scrum teams for quarterly PI Planning, including guiding them through the product intake process to create working tasks ready for development
  • Develop clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fastpaced, Scaled Agile environment
  • Facilitate cross‑functional communication and decision‑making, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade‑offs across teams
  • Assist technical leads and senior developers with release planning
  • Drive operational excellence across programs and mentor squads on Agile best practices
  • Work within the larger PMO of the organization to raise its level of agile maturity
  • Coach teammates along the organizational journey towards agile transformation
  • Use data to evaluate progress, highlight risk, and communicate program health to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing across technical and business teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

When you're here, you're working directly with the people making the decisions.

To support that work, we provide competitive compensation, equity, and a 401(k) match. We also offer Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance, and Paid Parental Leave, along with a wellness reimbursement, a company-provided phone, and a personal development allowance. Finally, we value the time you spend away from the office with generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and observed holidays.
