Wave is seeking a Product Operations Owner to lead an assigned product line (Refund Transfer, Emerald Card, Spruce, or Lending) and manage day-to-day execution and change delivery. You will partner with Product Directors, Operations and Technology to implement enhancements and ensure operational readiness.

You will translate requirements into execution plans, drive testing, document procedures, and identify automation opportunities while providing leadership updates on risks and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• 3+ years of banking/financial services/operations/lending experience.
• Strong experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of product operations lifecycles: implementation, change management, testing, and support.
• Proven ability to execute complex changes and manage dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary operations owner for an assigned product line and manage day-to-day execution and change delivery.
• Partner with Product Directors, Operations leaders, and Technology teams to implement new products and enhancements.
• Translate product requirements into operational execution plans with workflows, readiness checklists, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Execute and support end-to-end product launches ensuring readiness across systems, processes, and documentation.
• Lead operational testing and validation including functional and end-to-end testing.
• Own and maintain product-specific operating procedures with current documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and tooling improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Build and execute operational monitoring and audit routines including controls and reconciliations.
• Act as SME for product operations and support issue resolution and escalations.
• Provide updates to leadership on readiness status, risks, defects, and outcomes.
