Job summary

SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to execute the product roadmap and become the SME for assigned products within our platform. You will gather requirements, collaborate with leadership, and manage the backlog using Agile practices.

Responsibilities include leading Agile ceremonies, documenting features, and guiding development teams. FinTech experience in asset/wealth mgmt is a plus; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines.
  • Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
  • Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
  • Experience with software development management/tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft TFS, Rally).
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tooling for product design, strategy and software testing.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide continuous feedback for software engineers.

Job description

As a Product Manager, you will primarily focus on executing on the product roadmap. To be successful you will be (or become) the subject matter expert for the products you support, and have an understanding of the overall platform in which those products operate.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead or similar role.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project‑based environment within a lean team.
  • Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets.
