Job summary

Onbe is seeking a Product Manager to shape product strategy and drive value across the lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and customers to define vision, translate requirements into deliverables, and guide products from ideation to launch.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with offices in Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas, managing backlogs, measuring KPIs, and ensuring successful go-to-market readiness while supporting clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience in fintech/payments is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into product requirements.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate requirements with engineering and UX into deliverables.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
• Serve as voice of the customer in agile ceremonies.
• Manage full lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Implementations for go-to-market readiness.
