Job summary

Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech, is seeking a Product Manager to shape and implement product strategy, enabling teams and delivering value to customers. You’ll own the product, from ideation to launch, and manage the portfolio through its lifecycle with input from stakeholders, engineering, and sales.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2 days/week in Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech/payments.
• Experience with agile development and backlog management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate market needs into business cases and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver features.
• Lead go-to-market planning and cross-functional readiness.
