Job summary

Onbe is seeking a Product Manager to shape and implement product strategy, enabling teams and delivering value to customers. You will own the product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering, and guide initiatives from ideation through launch, while supporting beta clients and sales.

The role is hybrid, onsite 2 days/week at Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in product management/ownership in payments or fintech.
• Familiar with B2B2C models and multi-step distribution channels.
• Experience in agile backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product backlog: prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Operations and Client Support to ensure readiness for launch.
• Define KPIs and track product performance post-launch.
• Lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and enablement efforts.
