Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management or adjacent product-building experience, preferably in fintech or analytics
• Strong collaboration across engineering, data science, marketing, and compliance teams
• Data-driven decision making using SQL and tools like Python and Tableau
• Proficiency with AI-assisted prototyping tools to accelerate exploration and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for partner launches and scale embedded capital products across ecosystems
• Define the product experience across the full stack to ensure customer-centric and compliant solutions
• Lead analyses to size opportunities and build business cases for new features and partnerships
• Represent product and credit dimensions in executive conversations with external partners
• Collaborate with engineering, data, marketing, credit, and legal teams to remove blockers and deliver high-quality launches
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and market trends
• Be the voice of customers and partners in product decisions to create value while meeting partner objectives
