Job summary

Latitude is seeking its first Technical Product Lead to own the product function end-to-end. You will work directly with the founders to shape the roadmap, discovery, specs, launches, and the vision for global money movement.

This hands-on role is foundational, not a pure management position, and you’ll ship real capabilities for real customers. As we scale, you’ll collaborate with engineering, compliance, and banking partners to translate requirements into product decisions with clear tradeoffs

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product with technical product ownership.
• Domain expertise in cross-border payments, rails, or fintech.
• Experience shipping API-first or developer-facing products.
• Comfort in regulated environments.
• Technical leadership of meetings with engineers.
• Startup experience in fast-moving teams.
• Strong writing for specs and launch notes.
• Empathy and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap across corridors, rails, and platform capabilities.
• Run discovery with technical customers and translate into precise specs.
• Define the core platform surfaces: payments orchestration, ledgering, payouts, APIs.
• Turn regulation into product decisions with engineering, compliance, and partners.
• Manage partner-facing product work and negotiate capability gaps.
• Set the product bar: how we write specs, launches, and roadmap communications.
