Job summary

Pagos Consultants is seeking a Product Lead to own a large area of the platform end-to-end, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will work with executives, engineering and design to define strategy, roadmap and to take products from problem to launch and iteration.

The role is highly hands-on, with significant time spent talking to customers about complex financial workflows and turning those insights into scalable software, including AI-first experiences and agent-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech or financial services.
• Strong customer-discovery skills and willingness to spend time directly with users.
• Ability to translate complex financial workflows into scalable software.
• High-level technical fluency and ability to work with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy and roadmap for a major area of the product.
• Lead products from concept through launch, adoption and iteration.
• Work with customers to understand workflows and unmet needs.
• Translate complex problems into intuitive product experiences; partner with Engineering and Design.
