• Shape and execute the evolution of LemonEdge's product suite across core workflows and platform features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Client Success to define direction and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Contribute to platform overhaul while balancing re-architecture with delivering value to customers.
• Write detailed product specs with technical depth to guide engineering decisions.
• Analyze APIs, data models, and integrations to identify friction and surface trade-offs.
• Partner with leadership to define a product roadmap grounded in customer needs and market opportunity.
• Collaborate to deliver scalable, high-quality product features across the platform.
• Champion customer perspective to reduce friction and improve usability.
• Use data, metrics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
