Job summary

My Funded Futures is seeking a partnerships-focused leader to own the relationships, vendors, and events that drive growth in our funded trading ecosystem. You will identify targets, structure deals, and manage partnerships end-to-end to generate recurring value.

You'll partner with Marketing and Executive teams to align events and brand strategy with business goals, while navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment in Plano, Texas. Prior fintech or trading partnerships experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership or vendor deals.
• Experience owning a pipeline and hitting partnership targets.
• Strong negotiation instincts with vendors and corporate partners.
• Experience planning and executing industry events or conferences.
• Interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the full partnership lifecycle from identification to close and ongoing management.
• Build and run a pipeline of strategic partners across corporate and fintech vendors.
• Plan and manage presence at industry events and conferences.
• Structure deals including sponsorships, co-marketing, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Executives to align partnerships with growth priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships affecting day-to-day operations.
• Represent the company at external events and vendor calls.
• Track performance and ROI to optimize partnerships.
