Félix in the US seeks a Head of Fintech Partnerships to architect and guard our financial rails at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3. This is a high-impact, player-coach role delivering end-to-end US partnerships with banks, processors, stablecoin issuers, and credit infrastructure vendors.

You will work with Product and Engineering to unlock our roadmap, negotiate terms, build the Partnerships team (2–3 managers), and shape the commercial strategy to serve millions of Latin

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience owning complex partner or vendor ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of US payment rails (ACH, RTP, card networks).
• Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements with banks, processors, and tech vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own US partner network end-to-end including banking and payment processor relationships.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with external capabilities and terms.
• Evaluate custody and settlement partners for stablecoin infrastructure.
• Define playbooks and build a high-performing Partnerships team (2–3 managers).
• Lead high-stakes negotiations and drive favorable commercial terms.
• Source and vet infrastructure vendors for new product verticals such as credit and lending.
