Satispay in Luxembourg is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to guide fintech regulatory compliance across payments, e-money and consumer credit products. You will advise senior leadership on regulatory matters and shape product and contractual strategy.

With 5+ years PQE and deep PSD2/AML/KYC expertise, you’ll balance legal risk with commercial needs, working with engineering teams and product colleagues in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

• PQE 5+ years, 8–10 years preferred.
• Deep knowledge of PSD2, AML/KYC, EMRs, CCD2.
• Fintech and payments regulatory experience.
• Strong analytical judgment and risk management.
• Technical and commercial awareness; cross-functional collaboration.
• English fluency; Italian or French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level legal counsel in payments, e-money and consumer credit.
• Product development support for Payments and Consumer Credit (BNPL).
• Identify and mitigate legal/regulatory risks.
• Advise on PSD2, AML/KYC, e-money, CCD2 compliance.
• Act as trusted adviser to senior leadership; cross-functional liaison.
