Candescent is a forward-thinking tech company transforming Intelligent Banking experiences. We seek a Knowledge Management professional to create and govern high-quality documentation that supports product releases and customer adoption.

You will partner with Product, Support, Training, and Operations to maintain accurate knowledge resources, drive release readiness, and monitor content health for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain structured documentation or knowledge content.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with strong written communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Support, or Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain high-quality knowledge base articles.
• Govern submitted knowledge content for consistency and clarity.
• Review and approve articles, providing actionable feedback to authors.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Training, and Operations on documentation aligned to releases and changes.
• Support release readiness by ensuring knowledge content is completed and published on time.
• Monitor knowledge health metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Improve knowledge workflows, tooling, and governance processes.
• Contribute to documentation strategy and scalability as Knowledge Management evolves.
• Drive priorities across the department and cross-functional teams.
