Job summary

DAT is seeking an Invoicing & Operations Coordinator to join the DAT/Outgo team. You will own the full transaction lifecycle from invoice processing through post-funding reconciliation, collaborating cross-functionally to keep operations accurate and on time in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operations, invoicing, or payments, with a detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Excel is required; SQL/BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, invoicing, payments, or a related role.
• Experience in financial services, freight, or high-volume transaction environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices for factoring eligibility and documentation accuracy, resolving related escalations.
• Investigate and resolve post-funding exceptions including payment discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and conduct third-party outreach to resolve items.
• Identify and elevate risk signals across client and counterparty accounts.
• Manage daily/weekly alert-based workflows and outreach queues with consistency.
• Maintain data integrity across internal systems and keep records audit-ready.
• Partner with risk and service delivery teams to drive issue resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement and strengthen operational documentation.
