Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented Client Billing Specialist to support end-to-end invoicing and billing operations. You will work with Billing Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Finance to process invoices, maintain client profiles, and resolve billing issues.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer focus, with high-volume data entry and routine tasks contributing to timely payments and revenue collection for the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience in billing, customer service, administrative support, finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices on schedule.
• Perform high-volume billing and data entry with accuracy.
• Review billing data to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Assist with month-end billing activities and deadlines.
• Maintain billing records and support documentation.
• Submit invoices through client payment portals and AP systems.
• Respond to billing inquiries professionally and timely.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Operations, Finance.
• Reference pricing schedules during reviews.
• Process invoice revisions, credits, and resubmissions.
• Support new client onboarding and billing profiles.
