Responsibilities

• Support execution of live FIG transactions with detailed memoranda and presentations.
• Apply financial, economic and qualitative methods to evaluate acquisitions, financings, and equity raises.
• Develop and apply advanced financial models and analyses; prepare client reports.
• Maintain ongoing communication with senior management about client interactions.
