Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a Fintech Program Manager to lead technical integrations between fintech partners and banking platforms. You will bridge fintech, IT, operations, compliance, risk, and partnerships, owning end-to-end onboarding and the delivery of scalable integration patterns.

The role requires strong financial services knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. Travel and industry engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Experience designing or coordinating technical integrations involving APIs, file-based interfaces, data exchanges, or similar technologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with partners and translate complex technology requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, third-Party risk management, payments, and regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical integrations connecting fintech partners with banking platforms, APIs, file-based interfaces, and payment rails.
• Develop integration architectures, data mappings, solution documentation, and partner-facing technical requirements.
• Own end-to-end technical onboarding for assigned partnerships, coordinating implementation plans, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate connectivity, file-feed validation, funds-flow requirements, and payment-rail enablement across ACH, wire, RTP, and FedNow.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and partner meetings, with travel as needed.
