Job summary

Stearns Bank is seeking a Fintech Program Manager to design and standardize technical integrations connecting direct partnerships to the bank’s technology stack. You will define repeatable patterns, data mappings, and documentation, working with IT and Fintech Operations to align with regulatory and risk requirements.

You will own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for partnerships, manage timelines and testing, and support funds-flow enablement (ACH, wire, RTP, FedNow).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services spanning implementation, solutions/integration, program management, or partnership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to design or coordinate technical integrations — file-based interfaces, APIs, or data exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration design for partner connections to the Bank’s platform and APIs.
• Develop and maintain standardized integration patterns and onboarding playbooks.
• Coordinate connectivity, testing, and validation of partner feeds and interfaces.
• Support regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations in integration work.
• Travel up to 15–25% for conferences, partner meetings, site visits, and team gatherings.
