Job summary

Massive is hiring a Growth Specialist to bring new clients onto the platform and set them up for long-term success. You will work closely with prospects to understand data needs and workflows, positioning Massive's solutions to address challenges.

You will own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to ensure strong onboarding and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in a sales or business development role with a track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
• Solid understanding of how financial services firms operate and where data fits into their workflows.
• Credibility to earn trust with both technical and business audiences based on product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage new prospects across financial services, fintech, and developer community.
• Develop a territory strategy aligned with Massive's growth objectives.
• Build relationships from technical teams to senior stakeholders and manage the full sales cycle.
