Job summary

Massive is seeking a Growth Specialist to bring new clients onto the platform, understand their data needs, and position Massive's solutions to overcome challenges. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to ensure every new client relationship starts on the right foot.

Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contracts, including demos, negotiations, and close, while keeping a healthy pipeline and accurate Salesforce records for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in a sales or business development role with a quota track record in financial data, fintech, SaaS, or capital markets.
• Solid understanding of how financial services firms operate and where data fits into their workflows.
• Credibility to earn trust with both technical and business audiences via product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage new prospects in financial services, fintech, and developer communities through outbound outreach and industry events.
• Develop a territory strategy aligned to Massive's growth objectives.
• Build relationships from technical evaluation teams to senior stakeholders and lead conversations with curiosity.
