Plaid is seeking a New Business Associate to fuel UK and EU growth by generating high-quality pipeline and partnering with Account Executives to open doors with fintechs. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment.

You will map organisations, build multi-channel outreach, and support onboarding and outbound campaigns while developing your commercial skills within a high-growth team.

Strong communication, curiosity about fintech, and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Some experience in a client-facing or commercial role (sales, CS, partnerships, or equivalent).
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn from peers.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality meetings that convert into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute account plans.
• Manage pipeline progress through Salesforce and internal tooling.
• Support go-to-market strategy for UK and EU prospects.
• Contribute to outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing.
• Assist onboarding and cross-functional projects to grow the team.
